PERENCANAAN JANGKA PANJANG AREA PIT COMPARTMENT 2 DI BLOK BAHODOPI PT VALE INDONESIA TBK, PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

PT Vale Indonesia Tbk, merupakan salah satu perusahaan pertambangan nikel terbesar di dengan luas 70.566 hektar. Salah dari bagian Kontrak Karya adalah Blok Bahodopi yang masih dalam tahap eksplorasi lanjutan. Produksi direncanakan dimulai pada tahun 2023, sehingga dibuat perencanaan jangka panjang penambangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu membuat desain pit, mine haul road, disposal, dyke dan quarry, mengestimasi total cadangan, melakukan analisis kelayakan investasi sensitivitas. Data digunakan pembuatan data topografi daerah penelitian, model blok, recovery factor 2021, operasi, geometri jenjang, jalan angkut, jenjang disposal. Desain pit compartment perhitungan cadangan diolah menggunakan software Micromine 2021 quarry Maptek Vulcan 2020 serta sensitivitas aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Perencanaan area Pit Compartment 2 mempertimbangkan aspek teknis berupa Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) jenjang. Total tonase material (overburden waste) bijih dihasilkan sebanyak 3.602.751 wmt 2.359.388 wmt. Hasil estimasi 19.942 ton nikel. discount rate 7,5% per diperoleh nilai Net Present Value sebesar US$122.206.312. memperlihatkan bahwa paling sensitif terhadap perubahan variabel harga
